Rutland Training Event-May 18th-20th-Please let us know news article

Hello all HCUK Sailors and Teams.

As you may have seen from our racing programme and website we are running an advanced/intermediate training event at Rutland SC on Thursday May 18th to Saturday May 20th.This event is for Hansa 2.3, 303 and Liberty classes and forms part of our preparation for Hansa Team GBs training towards the 2017 Hansa Euros in Meze, France and for all other sailors of these classes who want to improve their racing skills and tactics.

At the moment it is difficult to cost and plan the event accurately because we do not know how many sailors will come or the mix of classes there will be. The number of classes will determine the number of coaches/trainers we will need which will of course increase the overall cost of the event. Can you please let us know if you are planning to come to this event so that we can give you all excellent training/coaching tailored to your class and an accurate entry fee.

To help you plan your attendance we have laid out a provisional programme below. You will note that training does not start until after lunch on the Thursday and finishes at lunchtime on the Saturday so most of you will only need accommodation on Thursday and Friday nights.
