Please note. Only Full Members of the HCUK are entitled to vote. You are a Full Member if you have replied to the email that I sent to all members on the 20th May 2017 - subject – "HCUK Full (voting) Membership Renewal". Or if you have become a member since that date. All other members are Associate Members and therefore are not entitled to vote. This was explained in full in the email. Ron.
