Many of our ACA(UK) Members will know Peter Hibbard, the Chief Instructor Woolverstone Project. As part of the Woolverstone Project’s 20th anniversary celebrations in 2013 he plans to sail a 3 metre Access 303 W Dinghy 85 miles from the Orwell Bridge, Ipswich to Tower Bridge, London departing on 27th April 2013.
